Slingshot VoIP's voicemail-to-email feature relied on an AI service that could not correctly convert audio to text. They required a solution that would accurately transcribe voicemail messages and an upgrade to their data structure.

We migrated their existing technology to a system that utilizes more intelligent API's with better speech-to-text capabilities, reorganized their data schema and included a recovery mechanism for more detailed and secure metrics, and implemented a modular build that allows the application to be integrated with various versions of relational databases.
